Personalized standing order
A personalized standing order is usually placed with proven farms that offer a high quality flower. The customer can initiate a personalized standing order with a specific farm he prefers. Also, upon request of customer, our managers can ask well-established farms for the range of products available for confirmation as a standing order.
A personalized standing order is a mutual obligation between the farm and the customer. The farm undertakes to prepare on a regular basis each week by a certain day of departure from farm a specially agreed assortment, length, quantity at a fixed agreed price, and the customer in turn undertakes to pick up such personalized standard order on a weekly basis on a regular basis.
Usually, personalized standing orders are concluded for a minimum period of one year with the possibility of further extension or revision of any parameters..
The price for such orders is usually agreed at the time of their conclusion and remains fixed throughout the year.

Once agreed with the farms, these items are displayed in the current order status for customers and then we proceed to purchase the remaining varieties on the daily open market.
Prices for these orders are usually negotiated each week and vary depending on market conditions.
Please note that orders can be conveniently submitted online via our website or app (iOS/Android), as well as via email. Daoflowers has developed a special ordering interface that allows our customers not only to place orders, but also to specify their preferences regarding country of origin, farms, flower varieties, length/grade, etc.
Purchase of daily offers and promotions from our web platform
In addition to the fulfillment of standing and pre-orders, farms often have large quantities of flower products that we offer our customers to buy on our online offers web platform. Every day our system processes about 200-250 offers from Ecuadorian, Colombian and Kenyan farms, analyzing and selecting the necessary varieties to fulfill our customers' current orders. The remaining positions are then uploaded to our web platform of online offers for further free sale on the market. As a rule, you can always find many interesting offers in both regular and shortage positions/varieties at quite attractive prices.
The marketplace is open every day except Saturday/Sunday. Offers from Kenyan farms are available for purchase between 12:00-13:00 and 16:00 Kenyan time. Availabilities from Ecuadorian and Colombian growers are available for purchase from 7:00 am until approximately 12:00 pm Ecuadorian/Colombian time. During holiday deliveries, depending on the situation on the flower market, flower purchases may also be made on Saturday and sometimes Sunday for better and more complete fulfillment of our customers' orders.

Contract order for the holiday period
Contract orders are typically sent to farms several weeks prior to the scheduled delivery date of the shipment to the airport. Based on customer orders for the holiday period, as well as purchasing statistics from previous years, we generate pre-contract requests to ensure holiday deliveries can be fulfilled. Once we receive pre-confirmation of a contract order from the farms, we can begin purchasing missing items from the farms ' daily offers.
Prices for contract orders are almost always quite high, but the customer is virtually guaranteed to receive the required volume and positions of interest.
Most of our customers prefer to combine work with different types of orders. This approach allows us to optimize the result of purchases both in terms of quality and pricing. At the same time, the customer constantly monitors the current status of the order, provides daily additional instructions and clarifications, keeps a finger on the pulse of the purchase and participates in the process as much as possible.
