Flower shipments to Canada
Upon customer request we can arrange deliveries of fresh flowers from Colombia and Ecuador to your nearest international airport in Canada.
The main airports where the logistics is established are

Please, provide us with the name of your nearest international airport so we can verify airline rates and make the necessary calculations of the air delivery costs.
The minimum shipment to be ordered from one country is 150 kg that is approximately equal to 6-7 boxes of the HB type - Half box (Colombia, Ecuador) or 12-14 boxes of the QB type – Quattro box.
We deliver flowers on DDU basis to the destination airport.
DDU terms mean “Delivered – Duty Unpaid”.
Please note that we do not handle customs procedures at the delivery airport, it is the responsibility of the customer
Together with the shipment we deliver a set of documents necessary for the client to undergo customs procedures, namely:
- Invoice for flowers that is also a packing list at the same time
- Flowers phytosanitary certificate
- Certificate of origin
- If you need any additional documents, please inform us in advance.
Taking into consideration the full range of flowers that we offer from different farms, an order for 150 kg may look like this, for example:
- Roses – 3 boxes HB
- Spray roses – 1 box QB
- Gypsophila – 1 box QB
- Carnations (red or mix) - 1 box QB
- Spray carnations - 1 box QB
- Alstroemeria mix or specific color – 1 box QB
- Hydrangea mix or specific color – 1 box QB
+ 1 QB box of one of the flower types we supply, for example:
Solidago or Limonuim or Delphinium or Gerbera or Liliums oriental / asiatic or Mathiola (called Stock in our system) or Ruscus or Ornothoralum or Callas / Mini-Callas or Ranunculus or Eucaliptus etc
However, we will not be able to process your request in this form. We will ask you to indicate in detail the varieties, grades and required quantities for each variety.
In fact, the client may order only one or two types of flowers he/she needs, but it is important to accumulate 150 kg shipment weight so that the cost of accompanying documents for the shipment does not significantly affect the final cost of the delivered flowers.
It is very important for us to receive a draft example of your order indicating the varieties, grades and quantities per each variety. Based on this example, we will be able to determine from which country it is better to purchase flowers and complete the shipment. Consequently, we will be able to calculate the delivery cost only after receiving an example of the order. Please note that we only work with specific requests to supply the assortment customers need.

Some farms can use the smallest possible box for packing certain flower types, so called 1 EB box (=Eighth box), but such box types are still rare ones.
